April 23, 2018 RIYADH- ETIDAL The Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal) welcomed today a Distinguished Delegation from Kuwait led by Kuwait Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, His Excellency Thamer Jaber Al-Sabah. Etidal Secretary-General Dr. Nassar Al-Buqumi briefed the Kuwaiti Ambassador on the Center’s future plans to counter and refute extremist ideologies. The Secretary-General discussed Etidal’s techniques in analyzing and confronting online extremist content. The Kuwaiti Ambassador expressed his admiration for the Center's work and confirmed the importance of greater global and regional cooperation to bring and end to extremism.
