May 7, 2018 Riyadh - Etidal A Distinguished Delegation from Kenya, led by Speaker of the National Assembly of the republic of Kenya Justin B,N Muturi , visited The global center for combating extremist ideology (Etidal) to Coordinate the efforts in refuting and combating extremist ideologies. During the meeting, they discussed issues of undermining the extremist discourse, means of enhancing cooperation in the field of fighting extremism, in addition to reviewing topics on the agenda of the meeting. The Delegation was briefed on ETIDAL’s mechanism in identifying extremist accounts on social networks using artificial intelligence techniques and advanced programs owned by the Center, as well as reviewing the techniques for monitoring and the impact of the Center's programs in the target segments. Justin B,N Muturi expressed his support for the professional work that led the Center into this advanced level, affirming the importance of cooperation in the field of fighting extremism.
