H.E. Khemaies Jhinaoui, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia, has praised the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal) on its significant achievements that reflect an increased awareness in combating extremism. During a visit to Etidal by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia and his accompanying delegation, H.E. the Minister said: “I would like to congratulate the vigilant youth working at this important Center on the achievements accomplished in combating extremist ideology and terrorism”. H.E. the Minister added: “I take pride in all that I have seen here during this short visit. We all were victims to terrorism”. Later on and during their reception, the delegation was briefed on the techniques used in the Command and Control Center, in addition to a demonstration of the recent new projects undertaken by the Center, amongst which were the Innovation Lab and the Global Extremism Index.
