A number of Etidal staff pass the “Religious Diversity and Interfaith Dialogue” program

A number of staff from the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal) have completed the “Religious Diversity and Interfaith Dialogue” program, which was virtually held and sponsored by the International Visitor Leadership Program, that is being implemented at the U.S. Department of State, for the period from October 5th – 23rd 2020.

 

The program discussed many topics, most notably of which were the efforts of religions in promoting and encouraging secure communities, international cooperation in combating religious extremism, and supporting coexistence and tolerance.

 

During her recent visit to Etidal Center in Riyadh, and in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Center, Dr. Mansour Alshammari; Counselor for Public Affairs at the U.S. Embassy to Saudi Arabia, Melissa Clegg-Tripp, has presented certificates of passing the program. Afterwards, everyone took photos on this occasion.
