The Secretary-General of the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal), Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, received the founder of the Middle East Political and Information Network, Dr. Eric Mandel, at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh, on Tuesday October 25, 2022. During the meeting, they discussed means of cooperation in combating extremist ideology.
During the visit, the guest was briefed on Etidal’s work strategies, and toured the command and control department, during which he was acquainted with the monitoring and analysis mechanism, the techniques used, and the models that are built and developed inside the center. Before leaving the center, souvenir photos were taken, and His Excellency the Secretary-General of (Etidal) Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari presented (Etidal) shield as a souvenir to the founder of the Middle East Political and Information Network, Dr. Eric Mandel.
