His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal), Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, received at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh Wednesday, 6 Apr. 2022, a delegation from the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development, which included: Senior Research Analyst for the Gulf Cooperation Council, Heidi Minshall, and David Gill, head of the Saudi Arabia team at the ministry.
During the meeting, the Secretary-General of the Center, Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation.
At the end of the visit, the British Foreign and Development delegation, which includes Senior Research Analysts for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Heidi Minshall, and Head of the Saudi Arabia Team at the Ministry David Gill, took memorial photos with His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Center, Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, on this occasion.
Minshall made a statement to the media in which she said, “Of course, thank you, I have been following (Etidal) for 5 years, and coming to the center and seeing the work you are doing is wonderful, and what sparked my interest is the partnership with (Telegram), and also as an analyst, I liked the innovative and analytical work. which you are doing.”
