His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal), Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, received today (Tuesday), February 4, 2025, at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh, a delegation from the public prosecutions and prosecution authorities of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The visiting delegation was introduced to Etidal’s efforts in combating extremist ideology, with a focus on the strategies employed to mitigate the impact of extremist content. Additionally, the delegation was briefed on the center’s strategic partnerships and ongoing community initiatives aimed at promoting tolerance and fostering a culture of moderation.
