His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal), Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, welcomed today (Thursday) 19 (September) 2024, His Excellency the Malaysian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Wan Zaidi Wan Abdullah, and his accompanying delegation, at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh. During the meeting, they both discussed topics of common interest in the field of combating extremist ideology.
The visiting delegation was briefed on Etidal’s efforts in combating extremist ideology and reducing its effects, spreading the principles of tolerance and promoting the culture of moderation and coexistence.
At the end of the visit, His Excellency the Secretary-General of (Etidal), Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, presented (Etidal) shield to His Excellency the Malaysian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Wan Zaidi Wan Abdullah, and souvenir photos were taken.
