The Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal) has launched an interactive platform named “Moderate” both in the Arabic and English languages. This step comes in the framework of a new strategy that aims for enhancing the engagement of societies in combating extremism and in monitoring different opinions on how to combat extremist ideologies, as well as promoting values of moderation and humanitarian principles.
The platform “Moderate” reinforces the social responsibility and collective role in countering, monitoring and detecting the mechanisms through which extremist ideologies are spread. In addition to limiting the effects of extremist ideologies on the individual and on the society as a whole.
