The Secretary-General of the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal) Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, received, Head of Counter-Terrorism Affairs and the Regional Center for Extremism at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Mrs. Lucy Aldous.
During her visit at (Etidal) headquarters in Riyadh on (Tuesday) 23 (November) 2021, Mrs. Al-Doss was briefed on the most important strategies of the center in monitoring, analysis processes, the models that are being developed, and the most prominent technologies used in this field.
At the end of the visit, His Excellency the Secretary-General, Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, presented a souvenir to the Head of Counter-Terrorism Affairs and the Regional Center for Extremism at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, she stated that: “The tour today at (Etidal) Center was wonderful, and thanks for your hospitality. It is amazing to see such a developed organization, and how it is tackling difficult issues like online extremism. We are looking for ways that we can work together as a global partnership to solve these issues, this is a relationship of exceptional importance, and we look forward to continue to work together on these global challenges, as well as on technology to make sure that we are solving these issues in an appropriate manner.
